Winner and another giveaway!

Good evening out there in blog land. How are we all doing tonight?

Just got home from watching the UF vs. Alabama game at my parents, they are big Gator fans and were not too happy with tonight's outcome. Sorry Mom & Dad.

I spent my night hand stitching the binding for these little babies. I can just show you a little bit as these are top secret (but I do not think any of the recipients read my blog). So I thought I would show you all what I am doing with those cutie little charm packs.

I am making 5 doll quilts for 5 certain girls' American Girls for Christmas. 3 are finished, 2 to go. I think you know what I am doing on this chilly Florida Saturday night.

You like them? I am loving them!

This one is my favorite so far.
Now onto the winner of the giveaway, using Tara Frey's Random Number Generator, the lucky number is.....

Our lucky lady this evening is Steffany! Congrats to you Steffany. You get to choose a mini Moda charm pack of either Lakeside Resort by Holly Taylor or Garden Party by Blackbird Designs.

Steffany's entry telling me she is a follower is what won her this loverly prize but she also said,

"I would make some more word blocks. I have some on my blog that spell Merry. Just mod podge, fabric and embellishments...I love them."

I will be sending you an email soon to get your mailing address and your choice of fabric.

So I was not able to try Angie's ornament today, but I am sure I will very soon. I am going to give away the other charm pack (the one that Miss Steffany does not choose) to another lucky reader.

I think I am just going to choose a wonderful follower, so make sure to become a follower and I will randomly pick someone on Monday night around 7 pm Eastern Time.

But you can always leave me some nice comments if you like!
I really do love to read them all.

Thank you Angie @ This and That for today's ornament!!!! I am so happy you could participate.

OK everyone, comeback tomorrow for our next ornament brought to you by

She is currently having a 25 Days of Christmas on her blog so head on over and check her out.

What a great idea to make the doll blankets. My dd is getting her first American Girl doll this year. I bet she'd love to have matching quilts.

I am new to your blog and I love it! I can't decide which ornament to make first. Probably the decoupage since there are no craft stores close to me.

Thanks for doing the 12 days of Christmas!

Hmmm..."chilly" in Florida? I don't buy it.;) I'll trade with you...right now it's 11 degrees with 25 mph gusts of wind. Care to switch? ;)

Dani, oh my gosh - no we do not compare to you at all. I was talking like 50 degrees or so. Yikes, I have never been in 11 degree weather, how do you function in that??? Keep warm my friend!
