Recent Quilty Stuff

I have been quilting again.

I made this table runner from some charm packs and a jelly roll from Joann's.  I don't really find much in their fabric selection but I really liked this group of fabrics.

I thought it was nice for early fall.

The pattern is a whirlygig with a border finishing the block,  then I added some white sashing, swirly quilting, a pieced binding and done.

And flowers from the husband.

I got a layer cake of Fandango by Kate Spain for Moda.

I plan to make a scrappy quilt using this quilt pattern from Red Pepper Quilts.

And making another pinwheel quilt from the same layer cake.

We'll see how that one turns out.

And finally my latest quilt made of Moda's Pure by Sweetwater. 

This is just the top, I'm waiting for the yardage to come out

(anyone know when it will be out?)

to complete the back and binding.

Maybe the blue polka dots for the back???

Not sure yet.

I used this pattern from Freckled Whimsey called Random Reflections as shown over at Moda Bake Shop.

It is a bit smaller and I added a pieced border.

Have you seen Sweetwater's latest fabrics

(coming out next year but precuts are usually out early).

It is called Sunkissed, so pretty. 

I really love their fabrics.
